Advait Energy Transitions Limited entered into MoU with Haryana City Gas Distribution for Green Hydrogen Plant Development

Advait Energy Transitions Limited (AETL), formerly known as Advait Infratech Limited, has entered into an off-taker MoU with Haryana City Gas Distribution (Bhiwadi) Limited. This MoU is aimed at establishing a 2000 MTPA Green Hydrogen Plant, showcasing AETL’s dedication to supporting clean energy initiatives and infrastructure.

Key Components of the Agreement

Under the terms of the MoU, AETL will supply 15MW alkaline-based electrolysers and provide turnkey EPC solutions along with Balance of Plant systems for the project. Additionally, the company will handle the operations and maintenance of the plant for one year post-commissioning. The agreement also includes consultancy and advisory services to explore the feasibility of green hydrogen applications for industrial and commercial purposes, alongside potential opportunities in green ammonia production and carbon credits.
